$50 AK in reraised pot
I didn't think this was very interesting until showing a 2p2er...villain is 35/2.5 after 30 hands or so. $20.85 left on the flop...what it do?

Re: $50 AK in reraised pot
in these situations they are always calling down no matter how much pressure you put on them especcially on this board with any PP which is a very likely holding personally i check it down...

Re: $50 AK in reraised pot
I would c-bet here around $10 and expect to take it down a lot of the time.
If he shoves you're getting around 3-1 and are at worst a ~2-1 dog so calling would def be +EV. |

Anyways not 3 betting here is a mistake, 3 bet preflop and cont bet the flop [ QUOTE ] personally i check it down [/ QUOTE ] This isn't getting checked down if you chek the flop, cont bet it and take it down the majority of the time |

Re: $50 AK in reraised pot
Preflop, I sometimes 3-bet this and sometimes I flat call. Just depends on whether I have reads on the opponents or my mood.
On the flop, I almost always c-bet this heads-up. Villain is likely to call with a mid pocket pair, but heads up I think you take this down enough to make a bet worthwile. |

Re: $50 AK in reraised pot
I would cbet this quite often. If he is a thinking player I would be prepared to felt this, as he almost always has a mid PP here and he has to basically put you on exactly AK or AQ to call all the way.
