Thanks for the input. [/ QUOTE ] I'll send you my bill for services. [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] Design 1) Are you talking alternate side labeling? one white, one black on each chip? If so, the white side needs dressed up.. and lose the two dots [/ QUOTE ] Yea alternate side, but can you be more specific about the white side. [/ QUOTE ] Compared to the black side, with the fancy lettering and background, the white side is too simple imo. [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] Other than that, the general concept design is good 2) Black label- go with a dark gray, rather than black, background in order to see the text more clearly. Also, is there really a need for the $ symbol? [/ QUOTE ] I'll have a look at the dark gray background. I though $ sign was standard on all chips even tourney chips. [/ QUOTE ] Make your set international! That way, it can travel with you to London, Prague.... Ethiopia.... [ QUOTE ] Wanted something different and really liked the combo that Stevie posted. [/ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] I really like the blue [/ QUOTE ] Then the proper response was screw you, LL, you lowbrow, plebian bastard!..... (wimp) [ QUOTE ] Again if you have any ideas on a better color scheme I'd like to see them. [/ QUOTE ] Stevie's chips turned out brighter than I thought they would, so since yours are pretty close, it shouldn't be as "muddied" as I assumed. |

Someone desperately needs to oil the edges of his chips [/ QUOTE ] Ha! Those pictures were taken moments from when they arrived back in the day (and I would have gotten multi edge spots too if I could have). Since then they have gotten plenty of use, and the chalkiness is completely gone from the sides. As for the add-ons, however, they still need some breaking in. |

Why not combine them? Sub the cards only (shrink them) in the gray/white labels. Change the flame and add it to the new peeking cards, that are on an angle. Maybe move the denoms above the cards (either on the flames or higher up, near the top of the flames?) |
