The only flushes I can see are flush draw on the flop + gutshot on turn (6h8h & 6h7h), maybe 5hxh...

If he just call the flop with 7h8h, Th8h or AhQh, he is very bad, I think.

I probably call the river, I don't see him with a str8 or a set.

Fold river, you're losing. Might not make much sense for him to have a combo draw that got there, but he does.
