How do you play this on each street? Villain 40/7/1,5/10.

Seems pretty standard to me. You're only behind A9,A6 and sets.

I think its standard, definitely standard against someone in for ~50 bb's. His turn raise usually indicates a strong holding, but you have top and bottom pair against someone with no reads other than his stats.
