SB has only been here for two orbits. He has done nothing out of line. I called the flop because I didn't believe he had anything with just more than a min raise. Can I call here, or even raise? Am I only beating air?

Yeah, call and reevaluate river, not much more to say about this hand. A 3-bet preflop is fine too (aswell as a call ldo).
