Villian played taggish for about 120 hands, other than that he is unknown.

I bet around 45-ish.
If I raised more on the flop and villain called, I tend to give myself a freecard. |

Yeah, either raise more on the flop or just call since you're in position.
As played I check the turn and hope for something to fill up. |
