Button seems solid, 14/8. Shoved over the top of my utg raise an orbit before, so it's possible that he's opening a reasonably wide range.

shove or fold. If you think he's stealing AND can fold then shove. I probably fold; don't like sticking 11BBs in with 55. You still have some time and some chips to work with.
