Can you unregister and redeem W$ with any and all of the Steps tickets? Or are you forced to play/move up steps until you bust?

i'm almost positive you cant redeem these for $W, and last i heard, pokerstars wasnt sure what they were going to do about a person getting multiple tickets, but that they were leaning towards making those other tickets redeemable for qualifiers like the WSOP ME, not a cash equivalent like $W

If you qualify for the actual event more than once then I'm pretty sure that they are turned into cash after the first one. Its just the lower level tickets that aren't redeemable for cash (ie. ticket to $2100 sng can't be exchanged, but your $12k package will be turned into cash if you've won one already).

There's an active thread in mttc about this and the whole structure. Lots of people are advocating turbos which I think would be much better than how they have it now. Also, step 6 is a lot rougher than any of the others because its basically win or go home.

Take this fwiw:

No one will lose any value they've won in a Stars satellite; we don't do things that way.

Having said that, we haven't decided yet what will become of unused tickets after the PCA promo ends. I can tell you that it's unlikely that we'll simply convert them to cash. Far more likely is that we'll roll them into a promotion for another series/event on the Events tab. In this way, the tickets are like W$... you can't cash them out, but we continue giving opportunities to use them.

Best Regards,

Jeff
