My opinion is "Eh, whatever, it's an internet forum and he didn't do anything all that bad in the grand scheme of things. So WTF, sure, let him back. If he is a pain in the ass again, ban him again, no big deal."

i forgive everybody. it's one of the things i believe he believes i do wrong.
another thing i do wrong is give the mods too much power. i believe he was banned by nt! when I said any mod can get him. as far as i'm concerned you guys can unban and ban him at will. i really don't care for now.

How do people spot him? Does he out himself on purpose? Or is it simply a style that comes through and people make accusations?
If he wants to be part of the community, isn't it the same old story that if he creates a new account with no connection to his banned ones then he should be allowed to? I lean towards him not being allowed back as PITTM, but as long as he doesn't flaunt a new account is him, even if others suspect it is, give him normal posting rights.
