Just wanted to clarify, because I wasn't sure from the OP, but are you generally the type to take advantage of girls who are drunk?

Something happened obviously,
either her friends made a comment about you or she is afraid of judgement of being with you.

Either that or this 7am party she was at ended up in her sexing someone else she likes more and now you're on the backburner.

Either way, you shouldn't have to prove your worth to her, and if you try to it's just going to make you look more desperate and hence less interesting to her.

Your best bet is to move on and see if she comes crawling back then you know you got her for sure, but don't seem too eager even if she does.

Girls like to work for it.
