I expect Yahoo to have a very big year.

[/ QUOTE ]
I agree Yahoo will do well but I believe Google will do as well if not better.

[ QUOTE ]
There are basically two metrics in the search game: page views and monetization. Yahoo destroys Google in page views.

[/ QUOTE ]
Really? Well I guess you should inform Bloomberg and ComScore they were wrong in the article they released last month, “Dec. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Google Inc. displaced Yahoo! Inc. as the world's second-most visited Web site in November and closed in on leader Microsoft Corp., a market researcher said today. Visitors to Google's sites rose 9.1 percent to 475.7 million while those to Yahoo sites rose 5.2 percent to 475.3 million”

[ QUOTE ]
So why do you think Google is going to keep growing much faster than Yahoo?

[/ QUOTE ]
Simple, Google has better management and is a more innovative company in my opinion. That’s no guarantee that will keep up for forever, but Google is a growth stock so in essence more speculative then a value stock. It’s not really meant to be bought and held forever, but that doesn’t mean someone that is a skilled trader can’t make money on it.
