I think your question about betting out on the turn is quite read dependent. Some players call CB's all day long, but will fold to the second barrel. Betting the turn isn't bad, but I'd probably check as you did.
However, when you check behind, you invite a river bluff. |

Most of the time it is correct to check behind. There are plenty of exceptions, but they are just that, exceptions.

This is true, but that river bluff could be made with AK/AQ and I'd be behind.

I take the same line with TPTK except I call on the end. |

If I notice villain will fold to double barrel I will here. However any bet you make puts over 1/2 your stack in here. Checking behind is fine here.

I like mimicking this line with TPTK in position as cover for my drawing line(s). Curious about doing this OOP? I assume bet bet c/c for TPTK and bet bet c/f on draw? Just thinking about options. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I'd probably check behind him on the turn, just like you did.
I like to play the same line with TPTK too. |
