i think you should check/call the river (or even fold to a shove) ... i dont see much value in betting, the turn completes a lot of 2Pairs and draws that were possible on the flop

bet the flop harder, I'd slow down on the turn and re-eval considering many hands connect with that card
would not have a problem with c/f the river |

tbh, the only hand you will get much value out of that I can put him on is KJ. He is also very passive. I dont think he bets this river as a bluff often at all.
c/f is best imo. |
