just bet a guy that he could not do that
he took it for 50 im thinking about taking extra action from others he's in excellent shape... 5 ' 8 " - 185 lbs 12% body fat typically reps bench at 185 lbs 3 sets of 10 EZ money for me right? im betting he CANNOT do it |

I guess it's all about the cumulative effect and how fatigued he gets. I'm not in good shape at all and I can do 40 push-ups in probably well less than 2 minutes. This guy ought to be able to do a set of 100 in under 5 minutes (average - the early ones should take less time). If he does 10 sets of 100, that works out to a little over 20 minutes to rest/stretch between sets. That doesn't sound too bad in theory, but it's all about how badly the earlier ones catch up with him by the end.
