Soft ace in BJ
Lets say I have a soft ace, A33, 7/17 and the dealer 10. Is this a hit or a stand?

Re: Soft ace in BJ
Tables say stand on 17 vs a dealer ten, but tables says hit with A6 vs a dealer 10.
Wasnt sure whether A33 is same hand as A6. |

Re: Soft ace in BJ
Same problem with A24 or A25 vs some dealer holdings, 4 or 6 for example.

[/ QUOTE ] Just as the tables do not supply every combination of cards that will total 17 in your example, they do not supply every combination of cards that will total 6 in your A6 example. There are some fine points of basic strategy where the card combination will change the rule -- but these apply almost exclusively to single deck play. So, if you're not playing single deck -- just play the charts as they read. |

Re: Soft ace in BJ
So if I got A24 or A33 should I generally play it same as A and lone 6?
And A25, A232 is played same as A lone 7? Sorry if this question sounds stupid, but Im new to BJ and is thinking about doing a few casino bonuses. |
