Re: Lost on every street with TT

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] You could easily have a 6 here, and the turn check behind reinforces that idea. He's blocking....bluff raaaaaisssssseeeeeee. [/ QUOTE ] Am i really calling a 115 more with a 6 in my hand? We are pretty deep, so i could have 66 or 67s, but i think he is not folding AK. BTW, i folded on the river.Just this whole hand felt so weak... [/ QUOTE ] I dont see how with no read you dont cry and call off on the river my man...thats just me...you said no read so... [/ QUOTE ] Calling is horrible, there's nothing you really beat. If villain is good he can't discount :67s, 68s, 66, 56s, 46s. Also, you were beat even if the K didn't come out. I think he has JJ-AA here a lot esp. with his line. He also wouldn't expect you to turn 88-QQ into a bluff. Raise>fold>>>>>>>call. The biggest thing about a move like this is you don't actually need to fold him out 50% of the time to be profitable. The times you get called work miracles for your image and make up for your lost equity. Besides, I think you fold him out more than 70% of the time. So raise. [/ QUOTE ] Im not a huge fan of calling...actually your raising idea is inline with how I play alot of times...attacking a weak river bet but....I dont think he can fold getting 3.75:1 there...not with no read. Sorry you just see funky stuff often enough bro'. |
