8/13 - Workout B
![]() My new shoes came today, and they're great. I feel much more stable when I squat. Squat 2x5x45 1x5x75 1x3x95 1x2x110 3x5x125 (PR) [censored] these were tough. Press 1x5x45 1x5x55 1x3x65 1x2x72 3x5x80 (PR) Not easy. After this workout, I'll probably start increasing weight by only 2.5 lbs each time. Chins 1x3 (unassisted, good form) 2x8 (assisted -- one ankle) PR Wei Yan only held one of my feet this time, so I'm considering it a PR. PRs all around. Now I'm off to a cookout at a friend's. Time for some steak. |
