It think it is good strategy to play super-tight in limped pots. Most limped pots will go check/check to the river and you will see showdown. So if your hand is marginal and has some showdown value just check/fold it down hoping for the showdown.
So only bet your hand if it is pure bluff or if it is clear value bet. Here it is neither. I just check/fold here always. |

I folded the turn. Villain showed 87s ? at all the ppl saying check/fold...if you're not going to put any real money into the pot, isn't TP almost always a value bet in a limped pot, even a super wet board like this? |

[/ QUOTE ] NO! You dont even have top pair, you have an easily dominated hand, multiway and out of position, on a very drawy board. I think you can bet the flop just to see whats going on but FOLD to the raise, you are out of position and you may easily be outkicked. |
