Pinnacle wonīt let me withdraw my funds
Hi,
About two months ago I created an account with pinnacle and deposited a small amount, $100, just to get acquainted with their service and lines. I actually didnīt use their book much, I only made one bet, and yesterday I decided to withdraw the remaining amount, $95. Today I received a mail from their support, stating that I havenīt met the wagering requirements for a withdrawal. Now I know that wagering requirements need to be met in order to receive bonuses, but I never received/claimed any bonuses, and the mail clearly states that I need to bet a certain amount before I can be eligible for a free withdrawal. I understand that pinnacle only allows 1 free withdrawal per month, but this is my first ever withdrawal request. Can anyone confirm if this is indeed their standard policy? |

Re: Pinnacle wonīt let me withdraw my funds
Yup standard policy at most poker/casino/sports books, they ask you to wager your money to cover the cost of fee's incurred by transferring money into/out of the site.

Re: Pinnacle wonīt let me withdraw my funds
Bodog and sportingbet let me withdraw without having to cover my deposit, but other books my have the same policy as pinnacle.
I canīt think of one poker room that has this policy, and I play on the majority of the bigger networks. Guess I should read the T&C better next time, though I still think itīs a bit lame. Thanks for the response. |

Re: Pinnacle wonīt let me withdraw my funds
even lamer that you can't find ANYTHING to bet at Pinnacle to begin with?
I'm sure someone here could even ask you to scalp or middle something out for them, and then settle up elsewhere. |

newb,
Umm... Almost every major poker room has playthrough requirements for withdrawals. Actually... they all do. |

Re: Pinnacle wonīt let me withdraw my funds
Thremp is correct. Try this at Party, UB, PS, or FT and you will get the same email response now. Before the US started messing with business a lot of the sites didn't care but that has all changed.

Re: Pinnacle wonīt let me withdraw my funds
I donīt want to make a big issue out of it, but at PS, Party, FT, and most recently AP, I sometimes see a game I want to play in and when the game breaks up I withdraw without a problem.
Just a few days ago I deposited $750 in to my AP account, played 200 hands at O/8, although I contibuted far less than that, and withdrew once I decided it wasnīt worth it. Had to wait 48 hours, but after that no prob. Like I said, I should have read the T&C better but I was just a bit surprised, thatīs all. Any suggestions to a "sure" bet would be appreciated. |

Re: Pinnacle wonīt let me withdraw my funds
Poker Stars is the one site I have never had any trouble cashing out, no matter if I played or not. It may be about the only site I put money into and then take it right back out . And it always works, after the 48 hour wait period. I put it in on the rare occasions they actually have a bonus, then usually end up not wanting to play there for awhile, and cash it right back out. Not a hand played.
