top two deepstack
I have been playing fairly TAG, about 25/18 or so, and have been extremely aggressive with strong hands. I was caught AI bluffing once, but most of the time I have shown down a real hand. Villain seems sensible, but I have not played many hands with them. They are certainly not a fish anyway
$0.12/$0.25 Blinds No Limit Hold'em Seat 3 is the button Total number of players : 6 Seat 2: Villain( $61.36 ) Seat 3: x( $29.04 ) Seat 4: tmcdmck ( $46.26 ) Seat 6: x( $13.82 ) Seat 7: x( $11.27 ) Seat 9: x( $26.22 ) tmcdmck posts small blind [$0.12]. x posts big blind [$0.25]. ** Dealing down cards ** Dealt to tmcdmck [ 9s Jh ] hiner14 folds. x calls [$0.25]. Villain calls [$0.25]. x folds. tmcdmck calls [$0.13]. x checks. ** Dealing Flop ** [ 4h, 6d, 9c ] tmcdmck bets [$1]. x folds. x folds. Villain calls [$1]. ** Dealing Turn ** [ Jd ] tmcdmck bets [$3]. Villain raises [$6.5]. tmcdmck raises [$12]. Villain calls [$8.5]. ** Dealing River ** [ 2s ] tmcdmck bets [$30.01]. Thoughts? I considered a set unlikely as I am pretty sure they would have 4bet the turn with one, but I have no real read to tell me that, just a hunch based on my experience with non fish microstakes players. |

Re: top two deepstack
I'll give it a go. Firstly, I'm not completing sb with J9o.
flop bet seems ok. on the turn he min-raises your bet and you min-raise back wtf? He shouldn't have J6/J4 since he limped pf and you say he's decent. Nor should he have 46/69 or he would prob raise flop. He might have 75s/87s which get nice odds with your min-bet. Also, I have seen stranger plays with sets. If I'm villain I'm not calling your river bet with anything you beat |

Re: top two deepstack
Don't know if it's bad or not, I just don't like playing meh-hands oop. Maybe I'm just tight

Re: top two deepstack
I'd say fold pre-flop.
Turn 3bet should be much bigger....like 22. Then push river. |

Re: top two deepstack
J9s yea usually. T9o usually if there's 2 limpers. Axs usually if I'm not raising. Kxs usually if there's 2 limpers or 1 limper from EP.

Re: top two deepstack
well turn 3bet wasnt a minraise, but yeah, i admit is was too small, I would not normally do that. I think I was being very silly and betting to see if he had a set more than to protect my hand or get value. Very poor show I know. I would normally raise much bigger. But I swear completing the SB with J9o is not a mistake at all; One gappers are almost all playable if you can get in a multiway pot that cheap!
