I turn FH and face a raise (unraised preflop)
Villain is 43/13/1
Is this an easy fold or an easy call? I was a little lost considering I checked into the pot pre. Re: I turn FH and face a raise (unraised preflop)
id usually dump to the flop minraise.
c/c is a better line for the turn since you now beat overpairs. betting is bad...you fold out everything you beat...there is no value in betting. |

Re: I turn FH and face a raise (unraised preflop)
What whyzze said, c/c turn is best. Betting flop is fine, I don't know if you should pot it though. As played I would fold. Double minraise, has to have a seven or a five here huge amount of time.

Re: I turn FH and face a raise (unraised preflop)
Opponent doesn't have aggressive post-flop numbers. Most of the time he either has a 7 or a better 5 when he min-raises you on the flop. Therefore I'd probably fold the flop, your hand really isn't that good and I don't want to invest a lot money here in an unraised pot when you can only really beat a bluff.
If I had called I would check turn. I doubt he's investing much money here with a-high or an overpair (which he'd probably have raised PF so you can eliminate). As played, the turn is an easy fold. |

Instafold the flop. Don't lead the turn.
