Re: It\'s going to be impossible to protect my hand
howmany, i was serious... are all your tables this wild? or just the hands you post about? back capping QTs doesnt seem so bad even if its breakeven equity if you consistently get this kind of action...

Re: It\'s going to be impossible to protect my hand
No most my hands are pretty normal but when certain people are in the game I am more likely to get into weird spots.

I wanted to post in this thread with some great advice but turns out Bob had nailed it. Meh.

Re: It\'s going to be impossible to protect my hand
Reraise for value and hope your hand holds up. Even if you don't have BB beat, you should be able to build a very profitable side pot since everyone with 1 out or better has odds to call you. With the odds you're getting on your money, you don't even have to win very often to make it profitable. I don't know what you mean by "incredibly standard" but this looks like a hand that doesn't require much thinking or hand reading. Just try to get other people's money in the pot. |

Re: It\'s going to be impossible to protect my hand
To an observant player your cap looks like its precisely what you hold (or a baby pair, JTs, etc) and your looking to get a free look at the turn for 1 bet.
can you call the floor and ask for a re-do? |
