Re: KK as a bluff catcher (200NL)
meh, you're kind of lost in this hand. If he has Ax he's taking you to value town as it's unlikely you would check flop with AK or AQ. when OOP I usually just like to bet this flop and take it down as most players don't bluff raise A high flops. you're not getting very good odds on the river. i think i fold.

[/ QUOTE ] i kind of applied this logic to villains range. he didn't bet the flop, then the second ace comes on the turn, which makes it less likely that he actually has an ace. his turn bet seemed bluffy to me because i showed weakness and two aces look kind of scary. |

Re: KK as a bluff catcher (200NL)
but the fact that you;ve looked weak here is he quite possibly bluffing aswell, spose you just have to have a feel here and call/fold vs this guy.. but he doesnt seem overly aggressive unless hes tilting or w/e

Re: KK as a bluff catcher (200NL)
I just think its so much easier to commit with an overpair if you bet that little bit more pre. Maybe its just me..

Re: KK as a bluff catcher (200NL)
i don't really like that flop check, i'd rather bet/fold.
as played, i think it is ok. |
