Re: Beat: Calculus
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] calculus should be required for any degree at any respectable university [/ QUOTE ] [/ QUOTE ] lol never had to take calculus, and also received a degree from a respectable college. And I only took one year of calculus and that was calc I in tenth grade. Balllaaaa [/ QUOTE ] I meant that it ought to be required. I'm well aware that it currently isn't. If they're going to make people take X number of hours of history, English composition, etc., for the sake of "a well-rounded education," then they ought to make people take two semesters of calculus too. [/ QUOTE ] Yea I pretty much agree when it comes to Universities that make you spend a year or two taking required classes, I went to a liberal arts college where they really didn't force you to take a lot of things outside of your major, so its a pretty different situation. |

Consider an American male Bill with a unique sexual dysfunction such that:
<ul type="square">[*]Bill is maximally sexually stimulated by having a penis in a state of complete flaccidity (Boner Rigidity quotient R=0).[*]Bill is maximally sexually repulsed ('turned off') by having a penis in a state of complete rigidity (R=1).[/list](a)Construct a differential equation with R and Boner Blood Flow Rate R'. Solve for R with respect to time and graph. (b)Solve again for R supposing damping forces J (a restrictive pair of jeans) and E (public embarrassment) are applied to the Bill system, such that a graph of Bill's boner rigidity resembles Figure 1.1.
