So... about those commercials...

I too thought there was WAY too many, and certainly more than last season. I decided to rewind the Tivo and look at an episode from season 3 and one from season 4.

Season 3 - commercial breaks:

12 minutes in, then 21, 28, 35, 42, 51

6 commercial breaks altogether - a total of 15 minutes of commercials.

Season 4 premiere - commercial breaks:

8 minutes in, then 15, 22, 29, 35, 44

6 commercial breaks altogether - a total of 15 minutes of commercials.

It's the same amount of commercials - just spaced out at different times.

However, I'm all for bitching to have them move the commercials back to their old "time slots". It felt like there weren't as many. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I didn't tear into the poor waitress, I got her number and we went out on a few dates. You should try flirting some time its not nearly as fun as posting about Annie Dukes constipation problems, but fun nonetheless.

The Jaguar story very quickly goes like this;

We were renting a car at Hertz and the guy kept on trying to sell me the Damage waiver, I declined stating that my CC covered it, he went on and about how he was the manager of the Hertz and it wouldn't cover this particular car because it was a luxury car. I said okay thats fine, I still don't want the damage waiver.

He basically wasn't taking no for an answer telling us what a smart move it was getting the damage waiver blah blah blah, it must have went on for like 15 mins I had had enough I looked over at the other rental agencies and they all had a line so I resigned myself to getting the damage waiver and getting out of the airport.

The day I was returning the car I saw the manager dude outside in the lot and for whatever reason I decided to scrape the entire side of the car along a stone pillar while waving hello. I realize that the damage didn't didn't come out of his pocket, but I just couldn't resist. As I exited the car and signed the return receipt I told him that he was right the Damage waiver was the nuts and I was glad he talked me into it.

I can't rent from hertz anymore.

Totally agree...that's an unbelievably fagtastic thing to do. I can't even imagine what kind of a ****head someone would have be to do that.

Tivo it, so I miss the commercials. That's like having a weed cutter ad on Lifetime.

This episode was maybe the best ever (entertainment wise) The commercials must have been hard to take cause the show was so good. Please GSN make it two hours or tape new shows all year long.
