Re: WCOOP Challenge
I'm probably in, though I think I will miss the first few events due to Borgata.

I might be interested if the bet's fairly large.

Re: WCOOP Challenge
I'm most likely in. I'd prefer a large bet size as well.

Re: WCOOP Challenge
Might be in, depends on scoring since I'd only play the HE events, and maybe not even all of those.

Re: WCOOP Challenge
Count me in, as long as it is a team event and I get to be on the same team with LFTV, Thayer, Bond and StevePa again.

Re: WCOOP Challenge
bump.
I have a pretty basic scoring system idea that will reduce the impact of huge scores: - the tlb formula is Points = 10 * [sqrt(n)/sqrt(k)] * [1+log(b+0.25)], where n = your finish, k = entrants, b = buyin. Replace square root with cube root. It sounds math nerdy, but it's a pretty simple way of flattening the scores so solid cashes and smaller events won't be dwarfed by someone final tabling one of the big field events. - You only get points if you cash (unlike tlb where it's top 15%), total points wins, no max on the number of events that count. If you approve of this and want to do $500, post. If you want another scoring system, suggest it. And if anyone wants to organize a bigger $ one or do sidebets, obv go ahead. |
