Default thoughts on robusto

renton: well
renton: you are robusto

someguy: lol yea

renton: is ur roll over 50k?
someguy: try 15k

renton: well

someguy: cashed out 40k ;-)

renton: your liferoll, your liquid assets
renton: yeah

someguy: so yea, im robusto

renton: actually
renton: me and a friend were srsly discussing what br # constitutes robusto

someguy: its not really a br#

renton: and we mutually aggreed that its somewhere int eh 150k range

someguy: k
someguy: meh
someguy: Id say it depends

renton: kinda arbitrary i know

someguy: wtf does robusto even mean
someguy: I can take a year off right now
someguy: probably a couple

renton: i think its the antithesis of busto

someguy: lol

someguy: then you'd have to be bill gates style robusto
someguy:
someguy: robusto = never worry about money again
someguy: do you count a house into the #?

renton: i think only liquid assets count ldo

someguy: k
someguy: meh

renton: actually
renton: i d on't think bill gates is robusto
renton: i think that to be robusto you have to be able to go busto in relatively short order

renton: like as in, huge bender over the weekend, drugs, whores, etc

renton: then busto

someguy: wtf
someguy: that's not the antithesis of busto :P

renton: bc robusto implies a rags to riches scenario
renton: and most people who come into some money all of a sudden, make poor decisions with it

someguy: like play 200/400? I love it

Robusto-ness is relative to busto-ness preceding it.

As well as to your standard of living and that of you immediate surrounding (SoL).

Robustoness (f) = SoL, -B

Busto for sure. There used to be a gimmick account called Robusto that was the main proponent of making the opposite of busto 'Robusto.' There was a poll at one point I believe.
