Remote Server to Party Poker
I've fished around but can't seem to find an answer to my question, sorry if it should be obvious. I live in the US but have access to a server based outside the US that I can access via remote desktop. I can go through this server and sign up for party poker. I've gotten the sign-up to work properly, they didn't give me the "no US players" line, but I don't want to start seriously playing if this is going to be a problem down the road.
Does anybody know if this violates any major terms of use? I'm pretty sure it doesn't violate any US law. Thanks. |

Re: Remote Server to Party Poker
I'm about 100% sure if you get caught playing on party if you are in the U.S. they will just take your funds. I don't see why they wouldn't.
