i'd rather have 5 hands in 5 threads than 5 hands in one thread, and i don't think there should be a max number you can post daily as long as they are interesting [/ QUOTE ] i agree with this. i hate threads with multiple hands, and generally avoid them |

Re: Official August Thread: General Discussion, butterfingers/etc
I don't mind people posting several hands, I just don't like when they post 5 at once and clog the forum.

Re: Official August Thread: General Discussion, butterfingers/etc
Agree w/ what everyone said re: hands. 9STUF SHORTSTACKER U DONT POST HANDS DURRR DURUDURU).
If hands are semi standard except for a weirdish spot, maybe share them over AIM or something for a quick checkup, and just get 1 or 2 of the 5 to post. If all 5 are legit interesting spots, spread them out 1-2 per day. |

Re: Official August Thread: General Discussion, butterfingers/etc
Ok cool, I will spread them out more from now own. I really don't see why 5 hands from one person is different than 5 hands from 5 people, but w/e it's not a big deal.
Also eventually maybe I'll stop sucking so I wont' have as many hands to post. That's my hopes anyway. |

Re: Official August Thread: General Discussion, butterfingers/etc
If you post 5 hands in one thread I probably skim it and ignore it because it's too tough to have 5 running conversations at once in one thread and I don't really want to analyze each hand to see which one is interesting enough to talk about. if you actually include enough information then it's tl;dr, if there's not enough info then there's nothing to say
if you post 5 hands in 5 threads all at the same time I often look at them and say "wow, look at all those hands, which one should I read?" and then I end up looking at someone else's thread instead. This is esp true for the ppl that use titles like "borgata 5/10 #1" "borgata 5/10 #2" etc. |
