Re: What Would Your Ruling Be?
With the EP's bet Felix's action was to call, raise, or fold.
LP folds out of turn, because Felix hasn't completed his action. Even out of turn, it's a valid fold, as the cards were mucked. It's still Felix's action, regardless of what the dealer said. Felix is not DQ'd because the fold was valid, and he and EP were then heads-up. Felix should be allowed to call the bet and win the pot. |

Re: What Would Your Ruling Be?
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] want clarification on the board and the previous action that built the pot upto $120. Was there a pair on board? If not, why in the world are you checking a K high flush. Hell, you should have probably even bet/fold if there was a pair on board. [/ QUOTE ] My whole cards were KQ-s and the board was something like ATxxA with the Ace of my suit being on board. So technically I had the nut flush. I did not think this was relevant info to my question on the ruling. For a 3-way pot that grew that big in a limper pot, I figure my two opponents had to have something... The right Ax hand would have given someone the boat. Being a B&M neebie.....I did not realize how bad some of these players could be... On the flop/Turn, I'm betting NUCLEAR BOMB BETS. I gave them credit for hitting the flop....BIG! [/ QUOTE ] OK, so you flop the nuts, send out a probe and get called in 2 places, and still have the nuts on the turn? TIME TO PUSH AI baby. Chances are there is a lower flush that may or may not be able to get away from it, plus a set or 2 pair chasing a boat. Regardless, you are 80% here with insane PEV. Also, have you not already identified the $2 donker as a complete fool with a pile of chips in desperate need of being rescued. |

You got screwed. Killing a hand isn't something to be done lightly.

Re: What Would Your Ruling Be?
I voted 'other' because I think that this is karma from your incessant nonsenzical illogical attacking posts made in the politics forum.
From a pure poker perspective, you never acted, and the guy mucked out of turn. It is on you. |

Re: KITN = KICK IN THE NUTS
Well maybe he didn't "river" the flush. But hey, when a nut-kicking is in order, I'm your man.

Isn't the dealer suppose to announce bets? He should have made sure you knew it was $2 to you.

Re: What Would Your Ruling Be?
The more I reflect on it, I find myself so galled by this ruling that I'm tempted to call this casino and tell them they're never getting my business unless they rectify this situation. And I don't live anywhere near Oklahoma! But maybe I can come up with a scenario that would have me passing through on I-40, touring Oklahoma cardrooms, and snubbing this one.
They owe you like, um, 20 or 30 buffet comps. |
