On the off chance that OP is serious ...

THIS website will buy/sell PokerStars play chips.

I haven't dealt with them in about 2 years (I started my real money bankroll by selling play chips to these guys), but they certainly were reputable back then.

Oh, dear, the internets are hard:

Q: How many play-money poker chips do I start with? What if I run out of chips?
A: You will be given 1,000 play money chips to start. However, if at any time you are below 100 chips, simply click the dealer tray and select "Add More Chips...".

This "rebuy" feature is intended to replenish the stack of a player who has legitimately lost their entire stack while playing poker. The new 1,000 chips are for the use of that player only. Re-buys acquired for purposes other than this are subject to forfeiture.

Thank you for your email.

Once your play money account goes under 100 chips (this includes your
bankroll, as well as money in play), you can get more chips up to
three times per hour.

The refill option is only available in play money ring games (non-
tournament games), which are located on the "Holdem", "Omaha", "Stud"
and "Other Games" sections of the software. All play
money games will be in black text (not green), and will have the
word "Fun" in front of their name, i.e. "Fun Ursa Major".

To get more play money chips, visit any play money ring game as
described above. This must be a game with an open seat. Click on
any "Seat Open" logo as if you were going to take that seat... and
your account will be brought up to 1,000 chips.

At this point, you may choose the amount you wish to bring to the
table.... or you may then leave the table to play in other events such
as play money tournaments.

If you are already seated in a play money ring game, you can get more
chips by clicking on the "Dealer's Chip Rack" at the top of the table,
and then clicking on "Add More Chips" instead.

Good luck in the games, and thanks for playing on PokerStars.

Regards,
