NL200: AQs flops flush draw 3-way against donkbettor and caller
NL200, 5-handed.
Hero is BTN with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], $209 and TAG TI. BB is donk 55/26/2.5 over 240 hands with $185. UTG is 24/8/1.5 over 160 hands with $268; UTG limps, 1 fold, Hero raises to $9, 1 fold, BB calls, UTG calls. Flop K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($28) BB donks pot $28, UTG calls, hero...? Hero shoved here for a slight overbet, but I think I just did that because I was lazy and figured my A outs could be live and if not I'd get it in 3-way and be fine with just my flush outs or maybe they all go away and I can buy the pot. Now I reflect and ponder that perhaps flatcalling was better to keep their ranges open and spike a [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], especially since I realized that if BB is on a FD and UTG has me beat then the equity from BB drawing near-dead flows mostly to UTG; or vice versa. OTOH I try to play my draws fast so I can play my big hands fast. What do you think? |

[ QUOTE ]
make it 120ish [/ QUOTE ]That is because that's something I'd do with a set(/overpair?) and so we can fold a blank turn from action from the UTG? |
