Re: flush facing 2 allins, 10/20
[ QUOTE ]
I simply cant believe how many people would call i think it was an excellent fold. I just checked on a poker calculator and even if your up against a set and a nut draw your still only 40% to win the hand. Clearly in such a case you should still call but is such a case likely. [/ QUOTE ] Wrong, if you face 44 and AsQh you win 45% of the times and if he doesnt have the A it's 42%. Also, should you be so lucky to be up against 2 sets or maybe 44 and AK you're over 70% to win. |

Re: flush facing 2 allins, 10/20
Looks badass but we don't have the babyflush so there are a lot of hands who are behind... if we would show up with 3h2h I like a fold way more than with 9 high.. there are too many combinations we're ahead of.. with all this money in the pot we don't need to be good too often to make that call mandatory.
I don't think a fold is too bad but I like a shove more. Even if Haaanh is ahead of us, we still have a good overlay due to gamble4you's stack size.. Unless you've got a very good read on them, you should stick to the hand. |

It looks more and more as a shove to me.

Re: flush facing 2 allins, 10/20
i play in lower and more passive games than this, and i'd be hard pressed to fold it, so i can't imagine its a fold at this level.

Re: flush facing 2 allins, 10/20
I think it's a good fold, just cos we've got 0% equity when behind and obviously have to dodge all board pairs and possibly any heart to win
I think our hand equity on average is going to be lower than the price we're getting |

Yarders, "The size of the raise is huge in relation to how much youve already invested." I've found that anytime there's a sentence like that in a post on this forum, it is generally safe to just ignore anything else written by that poster. [/ QUOTE ] Why? Im simply making the point that your not committed to the pot |
