Overpair on stinky board
live 1-2 at my local game. I have a pretty decent history w/ both players. villain A is a solid but sometimes overaggressive player who will gamble with a short buyin early but play a better game once he has chips. villain B is a rock although he knows i like to put moves on him and therefore doesnt play his usual game vs. me. it'd kind of confusing. Villain A has $150 to start the hand I have $350 and villain B covers
9 handed. I am dealt QcQh Villain A opens UTG for $12 Villain B calls in middle position I reraise to $42 in the cutoff both players call Flop: Jc 10s 8c checks to me i bet $55 villain A folds, villain b reraises all in immediately. ...? |

Re: Overpair on stinky board
I don't see how you can consider calling this. FWIW I probably just check back the flop.

Re: Overpair on stinky board
Why are we betting $55 into a $130ish pot?? Also, I think this is closer then most think since with your weak bet he might put you on AK/AQ and shoving a lonely J. But more than likely he has you beat so I'd fold.
