[/ QUOTE ]You don't treat MS, you treat its symptoms. Steroids are used frequently. My father has had MS for many years and has had steroids prescribed a number of times. An aunt and a family friend both also had MS and both were given steroids at times. None of them "ballooned" but MS affects people differently.
