I gave them another e-mail and they said this is the fault of the affiliate that I used to sign up.
Gave an e-mail to the affiliate and I'm interested in their reply.

anyway cleard the bonus at blackjack and made a 50$ profit [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img])

The thing is their support sucks big time.took them 3 e-mails to put the blame on the affiliate.
