Making a living online?
Not that im anywhere near it, but just wondering what limits and mentality people are when they decide to play online full time. I play micro stakes and already make a decent part time wage playing (although i play more hours than part time) and at the moment i feel like if i continue playing conistently and moving up stakes my hour to profit ratio will cross over.
Obviously things are never that easy so just wondering what the general guidlines are and what people here do? |

Re: Making a living online?
This sort of thing hasn't really been covered before so it's unlikely you'll get any realistic advice.

Re: Making a living online?
I started like you did, playing micro stakes. Obviously I didn't consider it a job playing micro, and I dunno when I offically considered it a job. I guess when I was playing .5/1, but maybe it was when I was playing 2/4, not sure.
Regardless, the best advice I can give is dont use it as your only source of income until you move up to higher stakes (at least 2/4) and actually are able to beat it for at least 2-3 months. |
