Default 2/4 Awkward spot with JJ

villain is theminion, a solid tagg who threebets reasonably light.

Notice its 8 handed. FR folks couldn't handle this.

I c/r this flop to 180 with the intent of calling a push. If he calls, then I value push almost every turn.

Villain's 3-betting range includes lots of lower PP's that will call a c/r here due to the ragged board and the possibility that you're semi-bluffing spades.

well, to clarify, and this gets back to it being full ring and not shorthanded:

He's range preflop is reasonably light for full ring, probably something like AQ+ TT+. Hence, i can't imagine stacking off here is a profitable play.

My bad, I was thinking a range closer to 77+. You could make an argument for c/r'ing to 160 with it being the last money you put in. If he calls with a lower PP he's going to check it down, a bigger one will make a value bet some time down the road. I think I like this option the best.
