Kind of curious why a site needs to post such an announcement here instead of having some sort of automatic pop-up with this announcement when you log-in.

alternatives could be some sort of update on the website or sending out a mass e-mail to your players.

Surely there were plenty of players left hanging who did not know to check the 2+2 forums.
Giving some sort of update on the website for those who are trying to find out what's going on should be pretty obvious I think.


FWIW - FT is not the only one guilty of this.
Stars also came here and was very nice to give us an announcement and an update or two when the site was down.
I also wondered at that time, "why do they need to come to the forums? Can't they find a way to inform their players some other way?"

I logged in at 11:40pm EST and everything is fine, then I started to play and 10 mins later when I click cashier and there was extra $300 in my account.

I'm not complaining about the extra cash.

I recently opened up another account for my dad, and FTP sent me an email saying that i cannot have multiple account,so they closed my dad account and we ask them to have the remaining fund($1200) sent to my account. But this was 4 days ago, I send them like 5 emails but no reply and no money?

What is going on?

I got back way lses cash than I was supposed to for the $163. I had like 3.5x starting stack, and got barely $300 back (300 after paying the 162!). Really confused how that happened, asking support what the deal is.
