$60: TT deep
UTG is pretty solid but I haven't played with him a ton.
Comments on all streets please. Can I make a small blocking bet on the river? Re: $60: TT deep
With antes you are like 13BB depp, and once he raises you the pot is about 25% of your stack. I think I push preflop. I think a solid ug raiser can lay down a pretty good portion of his opening ranage in this spot.

Re: $60: TT deep
a reraise on the flop would clarify some things, and maybe a turnbet would take the pot down. i dont think he`s on diamond-draw, scared of K .. AJ?maybe u`re beat w AQ... he`s cheking an AK? JJ maybe - assuming he`s solid. i think u should check the river.

Re: $60: TT deep
I don't even know if i would call the flop! With a call you get no information about Villian hand.
As played, check river. |

Re: $60: TT deep
I don't mind shoving preflop, you're not that deep with antes and ahead of his range. Even if his an okay player, he's raising fairly wide UTG when it's only six players, he has the large stack and neither of the blinds are desperate and need to make a move, me think. I like your flop and turn play. Dunno about the river-what's the reason for making a blocking bet?

Re: $60: TT deep
check/call or check/fold depending of how much he bets.

Re: $60: TT deep
Shove preflop and take the chiplead with the 1100 you pick up. stats/reads help
Your flop/turn looks good, just check/fold the river or call a small enough bet. |

[/ QUOTE ] A blocking bet would be an attempt to prevent villain from making a big bet which we couldn't call. This seems like a pretty good spot for it since we've shown so much weakness, yet our hand still has showdown value. This is kind of a weird spot since we're both so deep, but as others have said, I imagine that a shove is probably the best play. |
