I checked the turn, indeed to induce a bet, because several of our hands so far had went: I raise preflop, I continuation bet the flop, I check the turn, and he instantly fires a pot size bet on the river. He had done it several times already.
With almost no money in the pot, I just can't see a call as +EV, as in my experience, these overbets at these levels are almost always the nuts. |

What if he checkraises all in instead of leading with a push? Does that change anything for you? I assume you bet the river if he checks. What if he leads out for pot? Do you just call or do you raise? What if he pushes to your raise? Basically I'm wondering if this hand is ever good for a stack once we get to the river with a fairly small pot.
