Personally I see it as the US deciding on this Pole VS the US having 12 million shoved down our throats, good, bad and ugly.

Sorry but the "12 million" are here or coming. The only thing being shoved down your throat is more usless government intervention where it is unneeded. We dont need another stupid ass law we need people to mind there own freaking business.
