Re: Online Newbie 3 handed Pocket 4s
I dont think this needs much commentary, BB can definitely beat trip 2's here. In my opinion he is actually hoping for you to move in here...

I'd bet the flop, but as played I think I let it go on the river. I can definitely see you being good here, but he might also be 'bluffing' with a hand that beats you like 55/66. He's not really repping anything, but without a better read I'd let it go. |

Bet flop. Check turn. Fold river. You beat A3 precisely.

he also beats A 5, A 4, and 4-5 [/ QUOTE ] Not with turn action. Those hands are probably not what he is facing with any legitamate frequency. I guess he could have any two if thats the case. |

Re: Online Newbie 3 handed Pocket 4s
bet flop, if villain is tricky aggro i think i might look him up here
river is pretty marginal only thing i would deff change is flop-i understand you dont want to get checkraised having been so active but hand is much easier with a flop bet |

Re: Online Newbie 3 handed Pocket 4s
a flop bet isnt mandatory... i might raise the river against a bad hand reader just in case he's bluffing with a slightly better hand.
