Re: I don\'t play much FR - JJ undercard flop
Wit how deep you are I think I probably 3bet to $650 on the flop and fold to further aggression, but that seems very transparent. If you call the flop (as I probably do in the heat of the moment) I would either b/f or c/f this turn although I can't decide which is better. C/f seems much safer, but I'm not sure if its better.

Re: NL1000: I don\'t play much FR - JJ undercard flop
Stack sizes make this hand way too awkward to play OOP (vs an unknown). You're better off folding to his flop raise and waiting until you have a read on him.
The reason I tend to think this way is that you're both deep enough for him to call any 3-bet that you're making where you would fold to a shove. If you make a 3-bet large enough to prevent him from calling with a draw then you are forcing yourself to call his all-in due to pot odds. If you just call his flop raise, leading out on a blank looks so suspicious because anyone with decent hand reading skills will realize your most likely hand is a decent overpair that you cant stack off with for 180bb. If you had a set it's much more likely you'd 3-bet the flop and try to get more money in because you're both deep. Anyway the only good option I see is just folding. |
