Re: 100nl Folding a Set?
That is a rather different scenario than the one I posted in the op.

That is a rather different scenario than the one I posted in the op. [/ QUOTE ] I agree with this. In the OP, super tight and passive villain 3 bets on the flop, then fires on the turn. This is not the same as the turn raise by a nit, which is an easy place to get your stack in with a set. |

Re: 100nl Folding a Set?
A guy with a vpip of 10 is not calling a pf raise with AT. Considering the action, I really can't put this guy on anything other than AA or TT...due to his stats. His AF just seems too low to be betting a 12 out draw like this. I don't even think he would play AK this way, although he might be trying to protect his TPTK from a flush draw. Still, as played, I probably call down anyway. If he has a higher set (he probably does), then good for him.

Re: 100nl Folding a Set?
sure, you're losing to AT, TT, and AA. only TT makes sense here, and if that's the case, bbv?
10/2/1.5 guys don't play AT facing a raise. |

Re: 100nl Folding a Set?
I agree trip isn't calling with AT but he may smooth call with AA and probably with 10-10. Unfortunately I am going broke here

Re: 100nl Folding a Set?
You have to go broke here, especially with the other T coming on the turn.
