I've been made aware through my recent session review that I'm probably underplaying some of my TP hands. I'd be interested to know the standard line in the following situation:
UTG+1 is loose and running at 30/3 MP3 is TAG and running at 15/11/2 so this could well be an iso-raise Is this a fairly straightfoward preflop raise? What about from CO/BTN? Anyone care for a 3bet? Or do I rather want to entice both BB and the limper to stay/come along?

I fold. You must make your street or flush to be sure to be ahead. the flop came J high you may be good. If it came with an A you very often make the 2nd best hand if you hit nothing and he bets you have to fold.
