We beat a higher Q.
Doesn't smell like a flush at all. I can't help it but it somehow doesn't smell like a 3 either. I'm pretty sure he would have raised a 3 on the flop. |

[/ QUOTE ] Keep in mind that you can't have a higher Q on this board unless it's Q6, which I wouldn't count on. Straight and flush are both possible but why reraise the turn when he could just call and see the river cheap?? Just doesn't make any sense. Also remember that villain has a VPIP of 50 and an aggression factor of 8. I still call the river and if he has a 3 so be it. 3-bet on turn would have really helped narrow it down. Did he have 34? |

I have great success with inducing bluffs, which is why I didn't 3bet the turn. I know I'm giving a free card but free cards don't always come in. In this case it did and most often I then fold with minimal money invested. This time I called because everything just didn't seem right. Turn is still my weakest street, which is why I posted the hand. FWIW he had TJo and I felt like a champ [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] |
