Booo, Stars wire transfer, been waiting 30 days now for $20k wire

Stars has looked into my situation, they murdered the swift # i provided. $$$ back in stars acct and i am going to request a smaller check and then $$ into paytru acct. Can anyone having success with wire transfers provide the name of the bank you use? I see a banking change in my near future.
