A9s in the big blind.
$3/$6, 6 handed game, I just sat down. Don't know anybody.
I get dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] in the BB. Folds around to button who raises, and sb 3-bets. Fold, call, raise? |

Re: A9s in the big blind.
I fold. You are getting 5:2 odds and you don't complete the action and you are likely dominated by A bigger kicker or you are drawing to 3 outs. The pot is small.

Re: A9s in the big blind.
Without reads I fold. I can think of plenty of players, where I would either call or cap.

Re: A9s in the big blind.
both the players need to have pretty wide ranges in this spot here for calling to be better than folding (i havent stoved it tho to find the cutoff points or anything like that, Im sure u could tho), and to cap ud like to lose button some of the time which doesnt happen often in the low limits (most donks wont fold anything for 2 back once they put 2 in). default in most games its a fold, AQ's about where I start playing vs most (I ll often cap AJs vs many standard button sb types here).

Re: A9s in the big blind.
In this particular hand, button raised with like, Q10, and sb 3-bet with 10/8o.
