Where to play?
Hi all. Long time reader, first time poster.
I'm planning a trip to Vegas this summer and am wondering which are the best casinos to play at. I understand it varies depending on my style and myriad other factors, but I'm mostly just looking hopefully the weakest/easiest to read tables. I'm planning on playing 1-2/2-5 No Limit Holdem and 5-10, possibly 10-20 limit Holdem and Omaha Hi/Lo. Tourneys are a nice little plus, but I'm definitely more interested in cash games, preferably with as high a buyin as possible on the NL games. Any ideas or advice in general? Thanks in advance, DJFL |

Re: Where to play?
Haven't seen 5/10 limit Hold'em in Vegas, don't think it exists.
I personally like the Venetian IIRC they have 9/18 LHE but no 10/20 |

Re: Where to play?
Mirage is the only room I could think of that's got 2/5 and 10/20 limit. You might be better of at the Bellgio, they have 2/5 and 8/16. GL

Re: Where to play?
Thanks guys. The numbers a couple dollars here and there aren't a prob...9/18 vs 10/20 etc. The thing I was mostly concerned with more than the numbers is the quality of play. Any particular casino at these-ish stakes that has great action and hopefully bad players? I'm doin well at my local casino at these stakes and am looking forward to seeing if the action in Vegas is all it's cracked up to be.
Thanks again all, DJFL |
